Cubs off to a great start....

...at leaving runners in scoring position. 0-13 in their first game!

That's like halfway to a no hitter.
Would life basically be over for Cub fans if they ever won the World Series?
I don't know why anyone is surprised. Some things never change.
They had to call off tonight's game and they said it was because of bad weather. The real reason is Mother Nature had to give the ball park a good bath to clean up all the pee left over in the stadium from Sunday Night. With the stadium construction, men were having to pee in their empty beer cups or along the walls. They did make an announcement before the game. "CUB FANS..... URINE FOR A REAL TREAT AT TONIGHT'S GAME".

As a Cubs fan, the answer is "possibly".

My Brownsburg boy Lance Lynn was supposed to pitch for the Cardinals tonight against the Cubs. I hate the Cards, but I now root for him every five games and then root for the Cards to loose the following 4 nights. He's not actually my boy, but I've watched him pitch since I coached Little League baseball in town when he was 11 years old.

There's hope for you then. Even Darth Vader eventually switched to the good side.

To clarify, once Lance retires or is traded, I will again root against the evil Cardinals 100% of the time. Go Cubs, go Reds!
