That happened here a few yrs back, down in Arlington or Fairfax. A crew was clearing limbs from some trees and carrying said limbs out to Jorge or whoever and on one trip noticed Jorge was no longer there, couldn't find him. When they looked in the chipper truck they saw Jorge had been pulled through the chipper. YUCK.

You know what they say about wood chippers: They're all bark and bite.

For sure a very unpleasant way to go.
