A few weeks ago, several unions where discussing/threatening to not support Hillary.............mostly because of her stance against Keystone Pipeline. When she heard this, she immediately promised to throw them a huge free giveaway with regard to the "Cadillac" insurance programs. I believe what she promised to eliminate the requirement that they pay tax on these insurance programs.

Another example of vote buying. When all else is failing, give more free shit away.

DonDiego doesn't get it.

Some folks appear to be criticizing those participants in the Democrat Party debate, . . . when there is nothing, . . . NOTHING, . . . to criticize.

F'rinstance, everyone, . . . Everyone, . . . , EVERYONE, including undocumented immigrants, . . . in the USA will be provided Medical Insurance/Care and a 4-Year College Education by the Government. If they'd just add food, shelter, and utilities, . . . after all, some folks already get these from the Government, . . . no one would ever have to work again ! Oh, . . . and don't forget free Obamaphones right before each election.

It is gonna be a Paradise on Earth.

I don't get it either. I thought undocumented people already got fully subsidized healthcare through Obamacare. Isn't that another in a long list of BS talking points conservatives have had since 2009?

Regarding price....is it going to cost as much as rounding up 14 million people and catapulting them over our new 1000 mile wall with Mexico? Oh, wait, nevermind. Mexico is going to pay for that. Donald's just going to make a few calls.

Sanders goes too far in his agenda IMO - but he at least is honest about how he pays for it. Republicans are still selling the idea that you can pay for things by cutting taxes....and there are plenty of buyers of that fairy tale (many on this board).

I read it was the Pacific rim pact, the unipons said no way would they support her unless she changed her stance on that one and VOILA, Hillary "absorbed" new information, as all politicians are wont to do and she now opposes the PRP(or whatever it's official name is). I thought Webb did a really good job, Bernie seemed to shoot his own foot on occasion and him repeatedly spouting off stats gets pretty boring to the layman.

I will add Bernie appears to have heart and seems like a very honest guy.

DonDiego is sorry to hear of pjstroh's misunderstanding. He realized that illegal aliens are not covered by Obamacare by Law; whether that means no illegals aliens receive benefits is less clear.
In any case DonDiego never employed this "talking point".

The mistake of not securing US borders to keep millions of illegal aliens out is unfortunate. Nonetheless, granting the illegals benefits can only encourage those here to stay and encourage others to continue crossing the borders to obtain the benefits about to be offered. DonDiego supposes the problem is compounded by the likelihood that illegals qualify for Obamacare subsidies, as they are generally not in the upper income tiers.

DonDiego does not expect the illegals to be rounded up; DonDiego would prefer the Government not provide benefits to make their illegal stay more comfortable; the less comfortable they are the less likely they are to stay. Perhaps, someone wants them to stay. DonDiego expects Mexico to pay nothing; it is not in Mexico's interest to retain/accept a surplus of unskilled laborers.

DonDiego agrees that Senator Sanders socialist agenda goes way too far. DonDiego does not usually "buy" fairy tales; he would prefer to see both taxes and many Government benefits cut. How, exactly did people survive before the welfare state?
