Stevens is doing something no one else is doing for Fremont St. Fertitta built a new tower which was good. The Plaza redid their rooms, which was long overdue, with .10 on the dollar furnishings. Stevens is likely to build the first new hotel on Fremont in eons. He is investing in DT like no other operator has in years. I look forward to a new hotel replacing grind joints and a strip club that includes hand sanitizer with each drink, or should.
