Did you ever see a casino worker smoke while on duty?

I have never seen a casino employee smoking while on duty. Is there a casino policy that prohibits employees to smoke while on duty? Sometimes I wonder why the casino employees have to endure the smoky environment but not be able to smoke while they are working. Double standard? For the record, I don't smoke but I'd say let them smoke too, if they choose to do so.
Of course they can't smoke on duty. What are they supposed to do...take a drag while dealing BJ? They used to be able to smoke in the dealers room while on break...but who knows nowadays!
At Hard Rock Hollywood (Fl), the employees have an outside area (with tables, & beverage vending machine) where they can smoke. It's in an alleyway between buildings, gated, and out of sight of customers.

(I use it occasional as a shortcut to parking lot) The poker dealers use it most often, it is their outdoor break area. (They also have a room within the poker room with comfy seats, vending, etc.)

I sometimes see other casino employees using it, but believe they have another outdoor area to use that is closer to their break room - lounge - buffet. The poker room is actually in a separate building from the casino, probably 60-80 yards away.

Jeepers ! DonDiego saw a man on the stage during "O" catch fire altogether !

Casinos have specified areas (outside) where employees can smoke on their breaks. Of course, they aren't allowed to smoke on the casino floor.
I have seen a pit boss smoke downtown many years ago, can't remember if it was Fitz or 4Q.
My Iowa boat is a smokers' casino (except for a nominal nonsmoking section), but I have never seen an employee smoking on the casino floor. Ironically the minor league ballpark a few hundred yards downriver used to allow employees (security, ushers, and probably ticket takers) to smoke when not in direct contact with customers. Don't believe food vendors were allowed to, and don't believe any employees are allowed to any more.
