A NYC cop was shot yesterday by a black man & is in a coma. This is the 5th NYC cop shot in the last 5 months.
Criminals who attack cops almost always go to prison. But thug policeman who murder, assault, or profile American citizens - in our name -are almost never found guilty.

Hence the justifiable outrage.

Are looting, throwing rocks, and burning buidings also "justified"?
Nope. But breaking backs is worse than breaking windows. And failing to hold thug cops accountable is a disservice to good cops, right?

Close to 100 Baltimore Policemen have been injured in the riots. Many hospitalized. One person was critically injured in a riot sparked fire. Rioting is not just 'breaking windows'...It's not all fun and games.

I agree with this 100%. Like anything else in the world, there's going to be some bad apples(for lack of better term) but they're gonna be a small fraction of the number of good apples. I might also suggest it will depend where cops are working, south central LA compared to Bumpkiss Ohio. In LA I would venture to guess the cops take a lot more crap and animosity(and maybe rightfully so) than Bumpkiss which probably has a pretty good report with its' citizens. La's bound to have a lot more incidences per capita than Bumpkiss.
I've had a run in or two with asshole cops who totally thought they were above the law and we weren't even doing anything(Partying and the music got kinda overboard loud).Poking guys with their mag lights, getting in our faces and threatening some for no reason whatsoever, completely overstepping theire bounds.
. I know that's small potatoes comparatively but overboard jerk cops all the same. I think all cops should be wearing body cameras, that could settle a bunch of problems. Any cop who has a complaint against him/her, go back and review the tape, cameras don't lie.

EDIT TO ADD: I agreed 100% with the cops should be held accountable part.

Remember, Rosa Parks just refused to give up her seat not trash the bus.
forky, pj & other liberals believe there is always an excuse for bad behavior on the part of their preferred groups.

I understand. Let's spend 99% on our energy on 1% of the problem. What a wonderful idea.

black thugs dont collect a salary from taxpayers. Police do. Hence, i dont hold both groups accountable to the same standard. My IQ is too high to do that.

and lets be honest....Boilerman doesn't believe his own BS either. Far more people were shot by cops in America than ever succomed to the Ebola virus but Boilerman shit his pants about the latter for weeks on his board.

Or just prosecute people who break laws..... and reform corrupt instituitions
I cant imagine why Boilerman finds that so objectionable. Actually I can.
Boilers point is that the blacks and liberals get their shorts in a bunch over occasional alleged police misconduct and overlook the real problems such as homicide, addiction, single parent families and school dropout rates. Baltimore's own congressman - cummings says the biggest problem in America is climate change
I'm still wondering exactly how Freddie was killed and who was directly responsible for it. Did it happen during his arrest? How? Was it a choke hold of some kind? Was he tackled and landed on his head? Did it happen in the Wagon? Was it accidental or a conscious act to hurt or be brutal? Were the Cops beating on him? How was each of the six officers charged involved with his 'murder'.
