Although forky/pj & politicians in baltimore are ready to lynch these people, nobody knows at this time.

I'm still wondering exactly how Freddie was killed and who was directly responsible for it. Did it happen during his arrest? How? Was it a choke hold of some kind? Was he tackled and landed on his head? Did it happen in the Wagon? Was it accidental or a conscious act to hurt or be brutal? Were the Cops beating on him? How were each of the six officers charged involved with his 'murder'.

forky, pj & other liberals believe there is always an excuse for bad behavior on the part of their preferred groups.
There's no excuse for thug rioters or thug cops.

Boilers point is that the blacks and liberals get their shorts in a bunch over occasional alleged police misconduct and overlook the real problems such as homicide, addiction, single parent families and school dropout rates. Baltimore's own congressman - cummings says the biggest problem in America is climate change

Hoops gets his panties in a bunch when a black-panther stands outside a voting booth in Philadelphia.
But - Thats a problem that occurs on a massive scale.

Hoops cant even bring himself to acknowledge white police brutality when it occurs. He'll do anything and everything he can to change the subject.

The one's who get caught on camera beating black men? yes, that seems to be the common denominator.

Presumedly all these questions are to be addressed in the trial.

Apparently, legal experts, . . . who may or may not know more than alanleroy, and who may or may not know things that are or aren't so, . . . differ on the appropriateness of the charges filed against the six police officers.

Notably, the political liberal attorney Alan Dershowitz suggests the charges are based upon "politics and 'crowd control".

What about the 6 policemen who were arrested for the 'murder' of Freddie Gray? You know...the actual topic of this discussion. What race were they? This ain't black and white. It's about Black and Blue....and Gray.

There are about 14,200,000 arrests annually & about 10 of these incidents (most of which turn out to be justified), which is 0.00007%, much lower than black on black homicide rates, single parent families, drug addiction or school dropout rates.

A policeman is much more likely to be shot, than shooting an innocent person

3 of the policemen in this incident are black
Those who broke the law, police or otherwise, should be prosecuted. I believe that many in the black community, likely even the Mayor, believes that those who decided to blow off steam by "destroying" should not be prosecuted. After all, she instructed her police force to give the looters room to destroy. I've certainly heard calls from some that no protesters be prosecuted.

My point regarding a level of energy applied to multiple problems is simple. For every black killed by a cop, a shit load more are killed by other blacks. If black leaders actually care about their black brothers, I suggest that they spend a great portion of their energy finding ways to clean up black crime.

I understand. Let's spend 99% on our energy on 1% of the problem. What a wonderful idea.

black thugs dont collect a salary from taxpayers. Police do. Hence, i dont hold both groups accountable to the same standard. My IQ is too high to do that.

and lets be honest....Boilerman doesn't believe his own BS either. Far more people were shot by cops in America than ever succomed to the Ebola virus but Boilerman shit his pants about the latter for weeks on his board.

Or just prosecute people who break laws..... and reform corrupt instituitions
I cant imagine why Boilerman finds that so objectionable. Actually I can.

I believe they're both problems currently Boiler.
