do you stay at same hotel entire trip?

Depends on the deal. Last trip two places, next trip probably one place where I played a lot this trip.
What I will usually do is for a trip of 5 days or more, spend part of it comped at Caesars and then either pay for or take a reduced room rate offer somewhere else for a couple of days where there os far less pressure to gamble.

This next trip, since my bankroll is going to be rather limited, I am staying 2 nights at Caesars and giving them one good day of gambling, then moving to the Golden Nugget Rush Tower for the next 2 nights and barely gambling.
Ok, I don't post much, but here's my take:

We bounced around and bounced around the first 15 years or so, then we found out that if we stayed in one place, "that we really loved" even though ya get cabin fever, and you just play there, Man what that will do for your comps! We started that at the Rio, "back when it was the REAL Rio, and we got the masquerade suite 3 times at Diamond level. Now at GVR. Sky's the limit for us.

We do venture off during the day, for one morning only, cause of the cabin fever thing, but overall, if ya wanna have all your comfies, without having to BEG for em, stay where you're staying and give em your full play. It will be worth it. But DON'T do this without having a Casino Host upfront. Those rewards booth people are great, but they can't touch what a Host can do for you with your devoted play to their property. We pay for NOTHING but our tips when we check out. We have a Tuscany, limo, full RFB, etc. and it's just absolutely wonderful. Of course they ARE wonderful at GVR anyway! Just my two cents from someone that reads and loves this board!
I don't like to change hotels in the middle of a stay unless I have to. It is a big hassle and wastes a good portion of the day while you check out of one place and wait to check into another one.

For the past few years my yearly trip to Las Vegas hasn't been to gamble or see "shows". I come to Vegas each November for the Aviation Nation air show at Nellis AFB. I arrive on a Thursday, and leave on the following Monday, so this puts me in town for 4 nights. Unless I found something massivily wrong with a hotel, there isn't a good reason for me to change hotels.

Luckily for me, the LV Hilton remembers the days when I did gamble a lot and still sends me offers of a 4 night stay for a total of $139. With a deal like that, I can't refuse.

We like to stay at one hotel. Hate loading up and moving.....
Usually 2 hotels, sometimes 3.Main Street Station and El Cortez are both good for 3 night comps, then pick up the other night from someone else.
I used to move around a lot and double, or even triple, book for comps. But, I've gotten tired of the movin' and now limit it to 1-2 hotels per trip if the comps aren't substantial. I've learned that w/CET, I will have a marketing offer for 3 free nights but when I book 4 online, it gives me the free nights plus a "comp" night for the 4th. This month, I will stay at the Elco 1 night, but booked for 2 so I don't have to check out before my move. Then, Paris for 4, where I'll be closer to where my friends are staying.I NEVER actually pay for a room (oh, except for the gambling it took to get those rooms!)
We usually stay for 7 nights, 2-3 at one hotel then 4-5 at the next one.
I like staying put for a longer stretch before packing up for the flight home.
I'm normally in Vegas for the 6 day 5 night stay and once I book a place to stay, that's my home for the entire trip. Besides, 3 vacations 3 off strip properties, although whenever I take the next trip, I'm going to stay on the strip for a change.

I would love to stay put. We will move 6 times during our two week stay in December. The most time we ever stay at one place is 3 nights. Guess I should not complain considering all our rooms are comped.
