Does anyone use Verizon FIOS?

If you use Verizon FIOS and watch Netflix how is it working out for you. Verizon finally ran fiber optic out here in the boonies and I am thinking of switching. We pretty much watch Netflix exclusively and are happy with our present service but Verizon is making it mighty tempting to switch.

I read Verizon purposely slows down the Netflix feed to make their own service (Redbox) look more lucrative. anyway if you have Verizon and Netflix how is it working out for you?

Thanks
We've had Verizon/fios for about 5 years now and love it. we have Netflix and it works great with fios (no buffering). I'm not sure how they could slow the feed for Netflix w/o effecting your internet speeds. No complaints here. good luck.
If you are happy with the present provider I'm not sure I would switch.

We had Verizon for internet access for a while and it would never maintain a connection at 4G and we didn't find the on-site customer service people to be very knowledgeable about anything except for selling us stuff.

I was curious about FIOS myself, they just lit up my neighborhood(well they're trying anyway, buried it a month ago and still not hot). I only know one person who has it so far and his opinion wasn't positive. We've had comcast cable for net access for years and except for a lightning strike that caused the modem to explode in my face, it's been great. I'll let my neighbors be the gunea pigs, see if it;s really any better or not.
