Does Trump Even Want To Be President?

I think he enjoyed the competition in the primaries and during the general. However, I don’t think he wants the day to day drudgery that comes along with the actual job. I base this on what we have learned since the election.
1. He won’t put his business in a blind trust.
2. He doesn’t want to live in the White House full time. He wants to split his time between the White House, Trump Tower and Mar-a-Lago.
3. He wants to take every weekend off.

I don't think he will be allowed to live in Trump Tower. Even though his name is on it, it's a co-opening and him being there is simply too disruptive to its residents, not to mention the neighboring buildings and residents. Check out the episode of the West Wing where the newly elected President decides to live in Houston part time. It's a logistical nightmare.

I don't believe he ever conceived of winning.

And he will take a salary of $1
And he will not take any "long and expensive" vacations on the taxpayer's dime

And he will eliminate crime
And he will drain the swamp.

Anyone has to do better than the former Obama Chief of Staff in Chicago on the shooting / crime front!

Since the Secret Service and White House staff members have to go with him everywhere, any trip he takes will be on the taxpayer's dime.

I've read and seen some biographical items on DT and one fact that is absolute, the man is a workaholic. I think that was the big reason behind the divorce from Maples(or was it Ivana?), all work and no family time.

Well he's already pissing me off. He's all but fired Chris Christie. I had 4 years worth of fat governor memes ready to roll. Now what am I going to do?

Not surprised if he works 14-16 hour days. The man is tireless which is different than any president in the past 40 years. Vacations are not at the top of his list. But, we will see.

Rumor has it that he want Malliber and Billy Ryan as two of his advisers. Maybe he doesn't want to be president.
