DOJ Now Busting Everyone!

The Bookmaker chain which includes Betmaker, Bet Cris, Bet DSI and other sites, as well as an online casino and online Bingo Parlor have all go the DOJ confiscation logo when you go to log in. Some might have been removed by now.

What the heck is this country coming too? Do they have all this time on their hands since killing Bin Laden? What a waste of time.
I am not surprised in the least bit.

I am somewhat perplexed that the Merge, Bodog, & Cake networks and poker rooms are still allowing US players, and that DOJ has not shut them down. I also expected the major online casinos and sportsbooks to get "hit" as well, and kind of surprised it had not/has not happened sooner.

Hope you don't have any funds online. You may not see them for quite awhile, if ever.

You had to expect that others would be shut down, and that there will be more as well.

Sad but true, yet many states have state sponsored lotteries, race tracks, OTB's, Bingo Parlors etc.

Not to mention the fantasy leagues. NCAA tourney brackets. Pretty sure none of the feds are involved in any of those.

What bullcrap!!!!!!

The online poker sites will ALL be back once the government figures out how to get their piece of the action. Rest assured.
I should have expressed my thoughts a little more clearly. It was late and I was tired.

Anyone who has funds in any online gaming type account, whether Poker, Sports Books, Casino's, Bingo, or otherwise may, eventually find themselves waking up and finding that DOJ has paid "their" site a visit as well.

There are a few exceptions, of course. The USA based sites (Horse Racing, Poker Clubs) are most likely "legal". But I suspect that any and all offshore gaming sites are not.

Many of the poker sites also link to and affiliated with online casinos, slots, etc.

If you have funds on any of them, you should lose your right to complain if/when the sites is seized by DOJ.

JMHO, of course.

I really miss my online poker. I got out when Netteller was seized and have not gone back. That's been a few years now.

I think the DOJ should only enforce the laws I agree with and stay away from the laws I disagree with.

That's an awful lot of power for one person. But you seem nice, so alright, KayPea chooses.

Suggestions:
on-line gaming
weed
prostitution
Chicago teams allowed to use steroids (it might help)

You are sadly mistaken. They should only enforce the laws I agree with, and stay away from the rest.
I'm certain that was the Founding Fathers real intent.

You don't have to worry...or at least I don't...about your money. DOJ always seems to let the companies seized to release funds to their customers. It's only a matter of how long it takes.

What I don't understand is why I.C.E. is involved with any of this. Their logo is up there with the FBI and I don't understand why.

You don't have to worry about getting your money back. The DOJ always allows the companies that were seized to pay out the customers monies once an agreement is worked out. I've been involved in about 3-4 of these already and have always gotten my money back.

I'd like to know what I.C.E. has anything to do with this. Their logo is right up there with the FBI, but I don't know why.

The Founding Fathers are overrated.
