They may have been classmates. Who knows.
DonDiego is the mentor. Mindbender was a mediocre student who only dabbled in the 3rd party.
My personal theory is that Don Diego is a member of each and every one of the gnostic groups hidden around the world, and that invoking his own name confers the powers of that name upon he who says it. Therefore, because Don Diego is clearly a powerful leader with a willing flock, it is clear that repeating this name day after day, night after night, must result in truly awesome and exemplary powers.

I have, as a result of these findings, renamed myself DiegoDon in honor of DonDiego, and will repeat this name each and every hour of the day to anyone in my sight. I hope someday to have the same powers and abilities as DonDiego, only backwards.

  • Don't expect DonDiego to post in anything other than third person.

  • And when it comes to music trivia, You Don't Mess Around With Clcjim!

"President Calvin Coolidge's dry Yankee wit and frugality with words was legendary.
His wife, Grace Goodhue Coolidge, recounted that a young woman sitting next to Coolidge at a dinner party confided to him that she had bet she could get at least three words of conversation from him. Without looking at her he quietly retorted, 'You lose.' "
As a small consolation this thread has a shot at 1,000 viewings!!

That DonDiego response was a fine piece of writing -- and just right. Kudos DD.
