Donald Trump Says He's Running For President

"..Ladies and gentlemen I am officially running for president of the united states and we are going to make our country great again," Trump said in a rambling speech that went on for nearly an hour.."


I accidently happened to catch this. I was getting ready to leave for some errands and listened to pretty much his entire spiel before I left. It was the Donald pretty much being the Donald. I will say tho, he makes some interesting points and "promises", #1 being about how all the politicians being controlled by the lobbyists(which is true) and he was rich, lobbyists would have no impact on him. I really really like that. Obamas promise of no lobbyists in the WH actually appealed to me as did a few other of his promises, but of course they were all lies. I at least think I could believe the Donald about lobbyists, he needs no further wealth.

He said that because of his wealth he won't cater to lobbyists and donors because "I don't need it." ..."

I heard part of the speech this morning and actually thought he did a good job. That being said, I don't think he has a chance.

His record of corporate Bankruptcy would make him an ideal candidate for head office in Greece.

His birth certificate scavenger hunt is enough to get him laughed off the stage in a national debate....but its about to get worse. Just wait till you hear the crap he'll make up about his Republican opponents on stage.

He is a walking, talking , live cartoon character.

I'm certain that folks here understand that Trump never filed for bankruptcy.

I agree with all. IMHO, we should vote for Hillary because "At this point, what difference does it make?" Don't fret over too much government ______<whatever... just fill in the blank> because "At this point, what difference does it make?" Don't be concerned over too little government _______<whatever...fill in the blank again> because "At this point, what difference does it make?" What really matters is Caitlyn, or Rachel, the transethnic lady, or The Game of Thrones, or "At this point, what difference does it make?"

Trump talked about how the unemployment number is nothing but bullshit. He talked about how illegal immigration is costing this country billions. He talked about how China is hurting our GDP. Now let's have the Obama smoke and mirror whores give us their 2 cents.
