Malaysia and Indonesia. Indonesia being the worlds largest Muslim nation.
Granted, both have been affected, though the worst in terms of not "turning out well" has been the Middle East.
Islamic State vs Muslim faith. There is a difference.
Unfortunately, some Muslims don't know the difference and quickly align symbolically. It only takes one bully to lead the stupid onto a path they didn't start out on.
And when in the young and stupid phase, thinking they are smarter than their parents (like most of us did at least a little), and any entity advises [anyone, actually] to follow a set of societal and/or religious codes, they might not resist the temptation to rebel and go with the 'cool' guy in the black hood who whispers in their ear (or their facebook page or any rogue social media page).
That is what scares me. The Islamic State seems to be advanced technologically and every other way to be so effective in recruiting and disrupting/paralyzing systems that had security measures in place.
