The good news, on that first one, the crime can still be prevented. It's not going to happen until December 7, 2022. Or it already happened on July 22, 2012. I'm a glass half full kind of guy.

Tough guys, for sure. Glad they got busted but I doubt they get much of a punishment, not enough to fit anyway.

Punishment to fit the crime:

Once the clerk fully recovers from his injuries, he should be allowed to take 3 swings with a Louisville Slugger to each of the perps......as the perps are tied to a large wooden stake.

Said clerk should be given free reign as to his location of swings on the perps. And said clerk should "swing for the fence" !

Then the perps should be fed to the resident Florida gator population.

What about the kidnapped lady? She deserves a few swings, too.

But wouldnt' "free swings" bring some sort of outrage? wouldn't some view this as some sort of violation of their rights? I'm pretty certain some attorney somewhere would see it this way and a lawsuit would be initiated post-haste seeking some sort of damages.

Sick of seeing punks like this all over the news. Incidences like this and the thugs in all of the "flash mobs" are a sickening reality of the rise in civil disobedience all over. The flash mob problem is being swept under the rug in many communities and will only get worse until there is a major crack down.
