I have an email server as well.....but when I worked, company policy prohibited its use for business purposes as it could lead to the loss of company secrets. Say, I sent or received a confidential company email message, it was more likely to be compromised if it were not sent via a professionally managed server. How would the company be able to collect information for a law suit if all information were not on company servers? How would the company be assured that my information was properly destroyed when I upgraded servers? As an employee of the company it was a terminable offense if I used a private email address for company business.
If I boinked my assistant in my office it was also a terminable offense. It would be Sexual Harassment as I have the power over that person's promotions and salary increases. In addition, the person could black mail me into doing other unethical activities like steering business to their relatives in return for not making the boinking public.
Do you understand now?
What is it any different for the Clintons?
