Downtown container park

Has anyone been here? It appears to be close enough to walk over from the Fremont St Experience. It has a variety of shops. The concept sounds intriguing using shipping containers.

Linky from Yelp
Yes, its right accross the street from El Cortez. Its kinda neat. I found the "park" aspect of it more appealing than the "shopping" aspect of it. I get the feeling its going to be one of those places that rises and collapses with the cycles of the local economy. Right now things are doing fairly well.
The shops were all small and very "boutiquie" (that's a word, really). Unique women's wear, interesting jewelry/accessories, "art".
Some decent cheap food places and a bar.
My almost 5 Y.O. and I played in a pretty cool playground. It will be one of our usual visits now when we stay downtown.
Went there today. It was a very easy walk. The BBQ smelled amazing and the Mexican place looked good.
The whole area is very clean and security was at enterances and exits. There was a band playing and a lot of seating.
Didn't buy anything and didn't eat.

Hey PJ. I've not been on this site since late 2010. Time to rattle some cages.
Welcome back, B-man. The cages haven't stopped rattling since you left =)
