Dzhokhar Tsarnaev found guilty on all 30 counts in Boston Marathon bombing

"I like to analyze the performance and strategy of the attorney's in cases like these. It has nothing to do with my like or dislike to the defendants"

Like a good liberal malliber thought Zimmerman was guilty and the prosecutors didn't do a good job. He also didn't like the prosecution case in Ferguson and Staten Island (didn't provide the lliberals desired outcome). Also seems to be sympathetic to the Boston bomber.

See a trend.

I would prefer not to make a martyr out of this guy. Give him 24/7 solitary

Ahh, . . . . Terre Haute, . . . On the Banks of the Wabash, Far Away.

Terra Haute is the ideal place for executions. If the lethal injecton does not kill the subject then the overpoweing smell of cow shit will.

Lethal injection is not justice. The electric chair, hanging, or firing squad would be more fitting for this murderer. It is a shame that a wood chipper is not an option....

Well in my mind true justice would be tie one leg and one arm together. Place him about 250 yards from the starting line of the next Boston Marathon. Only let love ones of any person that was killed or hurt start at the sound of the gun. Naturally they would be armed with rubber hoses and ball bats. I would call this justice for all. What a total ass waste of taxpayers money and time holding a trial for this jerk.
First I want him to be defended by a freshman public defender (first case) where he pleads him out to just one execution. But they must use the s**t they've been using that doesn't work. Leave him unable to move but completely conscious of his surroundings. Yes, it would cos tthe taxpayers. but wouldn't it be real justice for those he injured and loved ones of those he killed?
I'm "old school" when it comes to criminal justice. I am not against the death penalty but do believe it is too costly to the taxpayers with the appeals etc. It takes too long, and the criminal is not made to "suffer". Especially for those who have committed atrocities.

I would prefer they be locked away, in solitary 24/7 in a cell measuring 5 x 8, with no visitors, television, music, or entertainment other than, perhaps, a bible. No one to talk to or interact with. No air conditioning in hot weather. No heat in cold. Give them a blanket. Diet of bread and water. Door to cell welded shut. No "privileges", convicts have too easy a life with all the reforms. To my way of thinking, this would be worse than a death sentence.

A life sentence should be the equivalent of "life". Or death. Zero interaction with the outside world, and total, silent, and completely solitary confinement. Even the guards would not speak with or too them.
Well on the other hand I'm a firm believer in Capital Punishment and with the death penalty you never have any repeat offenders. I mean if you are found guilty on all 30 counts why would be more fitting than to have him select a number from a hat and that would the day he dies. Let him select from the hat but don't tell him what number he picked. Then everyday get his sorry ass all ready and then call it off until the number he selected comes up and then it game day. He had no mercy so let it not be looked at as cruel but a simple payback.
Iran's a big country, I'm sure they could squeeze y'all in.

Swift justice.
Nothing civilized like that pesky Eighth Amendment.
Male dominated.
Not a lot of social pressure to shave well.

It's clearly perfect for you.

Shame your moms finally dropped you on American soil and you can't scratch up a one-way ticket.

Maybe Kickstarter?
I'm confident that all here would prefer that they fit Chilly in.
