Earthquake in Appalachia

The U.S. Geological Survey is reporting that on Saturday afternoon a 4.3 magnitude earthquake centered about 10 miles west of Whitesburg, Kentucky rattled at least eight other states.

The Blackey Public Library in Letcher County, Kentucky reported that the county's book fell off its shelf.
