As one who's a big fan of breathing and I'm not saying that facetiously. I spent six months on a ventilator(anybody familialr knows how hard it is to be weened of off) and two weeks ago went into the ER and found out I had pneumonia and was SAT @75 struggling to breath, IT SUCKS WHEN YOU CAN"T BREATH! This guy died a horrible death and there really wasn't any reason for it. And all over peddling cigarettes!? get the F outta here! Unbelievable.
Somebody dropped the ball on this one , big time.
I largely agree with you on both incidents. There is undoubtedly problems in Ferguson that make the community feel discriminated against by the PD and city officials...but that doesn't mean its ok to start a war over a fabricated facts.
The Garner incident seems much more clear cut. Its on video for Chrissake. The prosecutor should be run out of town and replaced. There is no double jeopardy for Grand Jury's. It would be wise for the city to take a second look at this case - if nothing else for a lesser charge of manslaughter.
