Eric Garner

"Spare me your hypocrysy. For every White person killed by Ebola in the US there are a million that die at the hand of another White person"

I would love to see you prove that statement
No wonder the IQ of this forum is the lowest ever recorded anywhere in the galaxy. Pertinent facts escape almost everyone who can type.

The fatass black guy in NYC was the epitome of stupidity. He alone knew his conditions. He also knew what he was doing might get him arrested. That simply equates, to someone with a brain, into being prepared for the consequences should the police step in. But once they did, the idiot fought them instead of going quietly, which would have made this a non-issue (except for white-haters).

Result? 100% Garner's fault. HE chose his own fate and he got exactly what he asked for and subsequently deserved. No way he was as dangerous a thug as that useless punk Michael Brown, but it seems these guys all come from the same mold room. And naturally, racist Eric Holder jumped on this as fast as he could. Just as with how nearly all blacks all blindly voted for Obama because of skin color only, Holder goes after every high profile white police officer killing of blacks in the line of duty just because of skin color. Some country we have. I'm still waiting for him to go after the black cop who gunned down an unarmed 20 year old white boy on the streets of SLC just days after Brown got his due.
Where is sharpy/jacky/holder and obama on this shooting?

Jersey City PoliceOfficer Melvin Santiago was shot and killed in Jersey City, N.J., early Sunday morning.

A Jersey City cop with just seven months on the job was shot to death by a black gunman who had told a drugstore customer to watch the news because he was “going to be famous.”

Minutes following that boast, Lawrence Campbell was on his way to infamy — executing Officer Melvin Santiago before he himself was killed in a hail of bullets by cops.

The baby-faced Santiago, ambushed while still inside a marked patrol car, was just 23

Did the perp get aquitted without a trial? Try again, Hoops! You need a better story to rationalize your fear of staying on this thread's topic.

pj misses the point. This racist case barely got any press, there weren't any demonstrations, riots or pronouncements by the president about racism.

You're right - because the scumbag got arrested like he was suppossed to. Feeling desperate yet?
I'm sorry you are more concerned with Jessie Jackson than the actual facts of the incident. I cant help you on that front.

But I tell you what, Hoops. if you want to start a thread about the incident you've cited I promise I'll keep my posts on that topic instead of hiding behind some other one.
Changing the subject again I see. Okay, I'll bite. Regarding Ebola, I argued that we were talking unreasonable risks and unneeded risks. I said that the likelihood of a major outbreak was slim, but it wasn't worth the risk..........and I was correct.

Now, cops kill one black for every 90 blacks killed by blacks, yet Obama, PJ and friends want to spend the most energy and money on the 1, and ignore the 90. That's Liberalism in a nutshell.

Spare me your hypocrysy. For every White person killed by Ebola in the US there are a million that die at the hand of another White person.....but you cried about Ebola on these boards for a month.

If our FOX News viewers are too frightened to acknowledge the context of the Garner incident then thats ok. We understand your dispostion by now. Just dont pretend you are on topic when you are , in fact, not on topic. Its embarrassing for you even if you dont realize it.

Who are "you guys" ? Certainly not me. I've never once presumed guilt of the officer or any malice towards him in that case. There's lots of threads you can quote me from on this board. Good luck!

- THE GRAND JURY PROCEEDINGS HAVE NOT BEEN RELEASED SO PERHAPS YOU SHOULD WITHHOLD JUDGEMENT

That's a pretty bold statement considering You've already concluded the Medical Examiner was strongarmed into giving the results of his autopsy....without a shred of evidence beyond your imagination.
I don't need a grand jury to judge the incident - I saw the video of it with the rest of America. And I heard the man crying for air....and I've heard from top officials of NYPD the method use to subdue the man was illegal. So, yeah, I'd love to see the results of the Grand Jury and what excuse the prosecutor gave to the jurors to night indict an obviously indictable man...and then perhaps he should be indicted.

Your "Top NYPD Officials" need to go back to the Academy, because chokeholds are not illegal in NY State.
I'm trying to figure out why selling individual cigarettes is a crime that requires arresting someone in NYC.

The cops used excessive force on Eric Garner. It would have been excessive even if he had lived. But, I don't believe this incident was about his race, given that the ranking officer at the scene was also black.
