It does not matter if you are black or white and you are stopped by police the best thing to do is follow orders...You would think there were other choices than chocking him. There were a number of Police there and at the time I did not see any threat to any of the officers other maybe a punch or shove before things were under control....As said prior the law is the law and if you break the law expect to be arrested....
