not sure where exactly arklahoma starts or ends, but Arkansas is one of the teat feeding states, taking more from Washington than it gives. Both Arkansas and Oklahoma are in the bottom half of the country when it comes to percent of the population on SNAP- foodstamps for the uninformed, so chances are a pretty high percentage of those " boys" as you call them would agree the government should give more.
