His burnt Nissan Titan truck was located in Bear Mountain ski resort. Prior to that the news reported another police dept shot two elderly woman driving a similar looking truck delivering newspapers in Torrance. Pretty chaotic.

How can the Torrance, CA police mistake a blue Toyota Tundra for a BLACK or grey Nissan Tundra? Not only that, but there were two WOMEN in the truck not a single man!!!! That really takes the cake.

It's going to be tough for a large black man to be hiding in a basically white ski area. I heard his family might have some property at Big Bear.

I listened to the attorney for them. I guess some people who deliver papers in the very early morning when it is dark, sometimes turn their lights out so they don't shine in bedroom windows. The cops should have still been able to see that this was a vehicle going around delivering papers. I just wonder if many of the Southland cops are walking around scared shitless because they believe they may be shot at?

There is one report, but not confirmed, that he was seen in a white Lexus in Barstow. If true, that could mean he is on his way to Vegas.

Barstow? What have I read about Barstow on this board previously?

Breaking news, gun battle underway in Big Bear Mountain with Christopher Doner, two deputies were hit by gunfire with unknown injuries.

LA times

So is this guy still on the run? I have not heard anything or read anything about him getting caught?
If they are sure he has no hostages, piss on a shootout. Fire an RPG through the front door and call it good! They have spent so much money to date seeking this freak that rebuilding a cabin is the least of their problems.
