The Expansion of Golden Gate Has Begun

They should expand their hotel rooms to a larger size than a phone booth

I was just there a few days ago and saw the area where the restaurant was is all blocked off.Wondering what they will do for a future restaurant?Maybe something in the new addition?Was also surprised to see nothing going on at the Vegas Club site.Would have thought they would have torn that sucker down by now.

There is a LARGE hole being dug?As I recall,the GG is across the way from the Nevada Club and the Mermaid's place.
That hole must be the alleyway next to the Golden Gate.They booted out the homeless.
The second story will be added on to that HOLE.
Perhaps a sky bridge to funnel the sheep into the new place.OR to the (I'm guessing) the parking garage,next to the Plaza.

Maybe the closed pancake place will be used for more slots.Maybe a deli.

It ain't gonna be the Golden Gate Gourmet. Derek's Diner,maybe. Shrimp dogs in a mustard glaze.

Can't do it. It's either live with what you have, or tear it down and start over.

Besides, what's a phone booth? LOL................I used to work summers in college working for a sheet metal company making 'airport type' phone booths. The half round one's you sometimes still see in airports with perforated metal/sound insulation were ours. Of course, no one makes these any longer.
