My dear Mr. Chillcoot. I regret to inform you that you are in error in your statement that no insurance company denies all claims for no reason, at least in part. They will indeed deny all of some types of claims for no reason all the time. Some good examples would be high dollar claims such as transplants, factor meds (hemophiliac meds. ), long term home nursing care, etc.

My wife is a financial specialist that has worked in the insurance field for the past 30 odd years and I assure you I know of what I write here. The patient oft times isn't aware of what goes on because the folks at the hospital end take care of things there. Sometimes not.

So far as Detroit goes, it should be interesting to see how a bankrupt country bails out a bankrupt city.

Oh. I meant to add. They will eventually pay the majority of them after a period of time and a lot of wrangling on the phone and of course by computer. My wife spends way too much time in front of computer screens.

As of a few days ago easter's post count was at only one or two AND had a join date of August 2006, ergo: It's an inside job by a liberal working at LVA who could fix the old join date or the very low post count. Furthermore, I believe it is the infamous "then/than" LVA employee who banned poor old DonDiego, and who inspired my burning Chevy Volt icon which I created in solidarity with PODD.
