Facebook

I have an account and log in to see what my friends are up to.
I use it to post my Vegas photos to the internet so so I can transfer them to other sites, etc. because the photo sharing sites take them down after a year or so and you lose the link.
I also like some of the community games.

No Twitter isa whole 'nother matter. I LOVE getting tweets live from Vegas, and I love being able to tweet back right away. I belong to another board and a few posters list their twitter accounts when they go so we can follow them. I do too,but I usually onlytweet acouple of times a day. Some tweet and post pictures 5-10 times a day and it's fun to follow their trip!
I go to Facebook every day. Most of my "friends" are personal acquaintances and/or family members. My siblings are spread out a lot and live in different states than me. It helps me keep up to date on what we're all doing. I love seeing photos of things going on with them. Also, if they're available, we chat live. Yes, I LOVE Facebook
Damn, Mary Jane burnt the cookies again?

Well that's just great!!
Mary Jane cookies are the best. She really knows how to cook.

Betcha can't eat just one.
I adore Facebook.
As someone else said...most of the people in my "friends" are friends in real life, family, co-workers etc.
It is a great way to stay connected with people who live far away and with people you don't see very often.
I WANT to know what my cousin in Kingston did for fun last Saturday night!

Love it!
the funniest thing is when I get "friend requests" from the same jerks in high school who wouldnt even look at me, talk to me, or go to the same parties because they were the "high school elite."

Now I look at their photos and realize theyre damn ugly, fat, and missing teeth.
I have those high school friends also that didn't speak to me in high school that facebook me each week wanting to get together. Really?? I would have loved to in high school but I am too busy for you now.
I love facebook for keeping up with my poker friends

The only reason I got involved with FB is my daughter wanted me to have a site so she could post my grand daughters pictures. I hardly ever go there, but when I visited about a month or so ago, 3/4 of the people that were my "friends" I had never heard of. How can you get rid of those people?
