Apparently some users found the previous choices restrictive.

Were DonDiego a member of FACEBOOK, which he is not, and forced to choose, . . . he would choose "Cis Male" and the personal pronoun "them". And, yes, . . . DonDiego did have to look up "Cis Male" to find out what it meant.

Clarification: A cis male is not necessarily macho, or even of average masculine persona. A cis male might have some or many characteristics that are feminine, effeminate, or female-like, but unless he seeks to project a female persona, he is still a cis male.

The transgendered bartender at my neighborhood dive would be offended. He/she prefers to be called "man bitch"
