Forkie, I did not make the original remark. I posted a freaking source for it. If you can't have the time to look stuff for your self, don't start whining about it.

I do know that Clinton had more people arrested around him than Nixon and for a while it seemed like everyone "tricky Dick" delt with got arrested/put in prison for something.
