The Fat Man is in trouble (Chris Christie)

His belligerence towards the press and state assemblymen investigating the issue over the last few weeks is going to be prove to be the nails in his coffin. Its unknown if he had first hand knowledge or involvement....but he sure as hell didn't want to know the truth and mocked anyone who did...even after the people at the center of the scandal mysteriously "resigned".

Is he going to apologize to the all the reporters, assemblymen, Senators, Mayor, and citizens he spent the last 3 weeks mocking? He should give Anthony Weiner a call for tips on how to handle upcoming press conference.
I have never known ignorance of subordinates actions to be an acceptable excuse. When I was going through officers training we were taught "you can delegate authority but you can abdicate responsibility."

I know there is no proof yet that he knew anything about this but I must admit I am highly skeptical. BTW I did not think the OP looked sleazy.
Stick a harpoon in him; he's done.
If we could only save this thread. All of you need to put down the weed.

I'm shocked I tell you, just shocked that none of you seem to have no problem with malliber withholding the meat of the story in this thread.

If this makes him done, and you have supposed morals, then why aren't you demanding that our president resign immediately?

Doesn't appear to be working, but the good news is that he will still be able to play the Ned Beatty role in the prison production of Deliverance.

So, I guess if you can call him "The Fat Man", I can call Hillary "The Old Hag"?
Whatever floats your boat.

Great. I guess I can also call Pelosi the Plastic Surgery Bag.

You know why Republicans have gotten killed with the women's vote for the last few years? I believe one of the reasons is misogynistic statements like that or your "old hag" line about Hillary. You hear a lot of that coming from right-wingers - but not so much from the left.

So by all means, keep it up!

The word is President.

And it may just be me, but I have this idea that the majority of the electorate actually preferred him to two reasonably decent candidates.

And again, it may just be me, but I think that's because he's not quite the war mongerer that the other side tends to nominate as Commander in Chief, and neither does he constantly spew religious vitriol. Which makes him seem, well, HUMAN.

But again, that's just me and my take on why some people aren't calling for his ouster.

Now, if you are referring to Benghazi-gate, that was clearly a cluster, but it did seem to revolve around the State Dept., and associates of those persons. If it had been Pres. Obama that had pulled the Special Forces out several months prior, it would be a different cluster all together.
