If he does choose to run, in 2 years I don't think people will care much about a traffic jam on a bridge, that he may or may not have caused

The grammar sites are wrong. If you are referring to him as a person, he is Barrack Obama. If you are referring to what he does, he is President. Period. If he met with the President of Mexico, they would both be President.

If you are referencing senators (or presidents) in general, or in the abstract, use lower case. If you are referring to two of them specifically, it is "the Senators went back to Washington...

E.g. "The president of a corporation usually has the power to endorse checks." "Can you get me a list of presidents who have been impeached?"

Since, in your original quote, you were referring specifically to the current President of the United States, the word is President.

The grammar sites are 100% correct and you can't prove they are wrong. Give it up and go take a writing class. You really need it.

Exactly. This only goes to show how Forkush is totally out of touch.

Okay, you win. Me and John Boehner and The Hill are all out of touch:

"In recent elections, a number of Republican Senate candidates have torpedoed their chances by making comments decried as insensitive or outright offensive to women."

The "traffic Jam" lasted an entire week, cost millions of dollars to the economy, and directly impacted far more people than Anthony Weiner's weiner or Mark Sanford's Appalachain Trail affair.

Democrats wont have to remind voters about this kind of power abuse - Christie's tea party challengers in the next cycle will do all of that for them. Rand Paul is probably squeezing one out as we speak.

You sure do have the same bag of cliches. You may want to go find a new bag, since it is a new year.

Do you want to make a gentlemen's bet that this won't affect Christie at all? Most people in busy cities are in traffic every day. It is a meaningless issue to most.

If it can be proven that Governor Christie was complicit, he will not be completing his term as governor and will likely face criminal charges.

However I take Governor Christie at his word, which is that he was simply lied to by those he trusted. But clearly the governor did appoint sociopathic criminal thugs to very high positions in his administration. Would voters want to give him the power to, say, appoint the head of the NSA. My guess is no.

"The "traffic Jam" lasted an entire week, cost millions of dollars to the economy"

I find that a bit of a stretch.

The GW bridge is always congested. 1 hour waits to the tolls are the norm

I'll play. We're all betting men by nature here, aren't we?

His approval rating was a whopping 65% as of Dec 15. Christie Approval rating

I'll bet that number sinks below 50% by this time next month. What say you?
