Holder under oath said

"In regard to potential prosecution of the press for the disclosure of material. This is not something I’ve ever been involved in, heard of, or would think would be wise policy.

However the Justice Department publicly acknowledges that Holder personally vetted and approved a warrant that explicitly targeted Fox News correspondent James Rosen as a "criminal co-conspirator" in furtherance of a leak investigation.

But Holder still has a job

AND he just appointed a lawyer who defended a convicted cop killer to a high post in the justice department....

Wait, you're saying that dude thinks absolutely everyone is entitled to a Constitutionally guaranteed criminal defense?? That would never happen in North Korea.

Uhm - the Holder appointee defended the convicted Cop Killer on appeal and successfully got the death sentence overturned. He appealed on two points -
1) a racist system and racist jury composed of 2 black and 10 white members
2) issues with jury instructions

The cop killer (black) shot the officer (white) 5 times - the last shot at less then 1 foot away in the face as the officer lie on the ground.

He successfully overturned the death sentence on the 2nd point......but I suspect the appointment is based upon #1.

The convicted cop killer remains behind bars after 30 years and will spend the remainder of his life there.

In response to an earlier poster's observations that this story is NOT the leading story on different news networks, I would beg to differ.

It is the leading news story on both CNN and MSNBC on their 5pm shows.

Perhaps if the poster would switch the channels off that "fair and balanced" (pause for laughter) entertainment network, he would find out what is really going on in this country !

Give it up and read the Constitution of the USA, and all the Supreme Ct. opinions ever written. Nowhere does the word President appear in lower case. Using lower case when directly referring to the President of the USA is OBVIOUSLY incorrect.
