One is only confirmed as morbidly obese when one dies from the condition. Christie has not died, and he likely will not die because of his weight.

That you have to dishonestly characterize my statement shows the weakness of your argument. First you tried to apply it to national politics, and then went all strawman.

That's right. I'm really talking about the big picture of our corrupted political system and how both sides have turned it into a cesspool of lies, one upping personal attacks and ultimately money machines that put the dollars of special interests above the needs of the people.

You know the type. They are always quick to call their opponents things like "Hypocritical Scumbags" and "Cowards" or 'Thieving Liberals'. They never look for common ground or solutions that most can agree with. Rather than call something Right or Wrong, they simply say "Their Scumbag Opponents Did It Too"....Just like it makes it right. And whether you choose to believe it or not, this place is a microcosm of that environment.

And as for supporting or attacking people who have 'possibly' committed a crime or maybe did something stupid, but the facts aren't in, I think it's human nature to give people you support the benefit of the doubt and scrutinize those you don't like. Like that Anthony Weiner Picture you proved was photoshopped.

But my statement - which you pretended to respond to - was about the people on this board. Have you decided to punt on that one?

Clearly, there is one group of people on this board who are eager to condemn only one president for playing golf, and only one president for issuing executive orders, and only one president for advocating immigration reform. And so on. People with integrity don't do that. And people with integrity don't defend it.

People with integrity judge each issue on the merits. That includes making an actual judgment call on whether something is right or wrong instead of just saying 'but they did it too'.

There are a group of people on this board who condemn one president, but excuse other presidents for the exact same behavior. People who do this are hypocrites. They show a lack integrity, and so do the people who defend them.

You want to know what I really think? I think you are obsessing over ways to paint your political opponents in a bad personal light rather than provide any substantive points on many of these issues. I think that's unfortunate because you're a smart guy and you could make some persuasive arguments if you wanted. I think that's a lot better approach to debate than calling your opponents hypocritical douchebags with no integrity....even if it happens to be true.
