thanks boborme, how about posting the link here for that book?
about ten years ago when Continental Coin in Van Nuys, CA went into bankruptcy they shut down their private mint which made silver strikes for the casinos and high value gaming tokens. This is the CC mintmark on silver strikes. I went into the shut down "mint" and lying around were "samples" for high value slot tokens. like an idiot I didnt think much of them, but another guy touring the place asked for them and got them... then took them to Vegas and the casinos they were meant for cashed them.
now that I think about it-- how foolish. theyd probably be worth much more today as samples for tokens that were never issued. they were $100 tokens if I recall.
