FBI expands probe of Hillary's email?

Ya gotta give her credit......by saying she would nominate Barry for the Supreme Court, she's really doing a quid pro quo in public! Don't indict me and see what I can do for you. Classic Clinton stuff!

And that's how a lot of folks can be taken for a ride by an opportunist like Trump.

She lies more easily than I draw breath and yet a lot of people will still vote for her......I just don't get it. Of course, I don't get any of the free stuff.
Boiler believes in James Comey, the Director of the FBI. He has proven to be apolitical.

Unfortunately the FBI can investigate and recommend indictment, but only the Justice Department can indict. Many retired high level FBI folks have stated that the evidence to prosecute Hillary is "overwhelming", and that they FBI will retaliate against Obama if the Justice Department refuses to indict. This retaliation will come in combination of personnel quitting, but more importantly major leaks making Obama look terrible.

The FBI will recommend indictment, and I suspect that the Justice Department will reluctantly oblige.

Hillary needs to step out of the race--the FBI needs to put her in jail--sad thing is that her facial expressions never change whether she is telling the truth or lying or is it she is only lying when her mouth in moving. It is a sad day when the best we have is the what we have running in both parties. Hillary will be carrying signs for Obama to be appointed to the Supreme Court if she gets elected no that's wrong she will appoint him herself.

My apologies, love. I wasn't aware that James Comey had commented publicly. I only read political posturing from politicians who are not apolitical.

Boiler never claimed that Comey had spoken on this issue.

Just some recent notes and observations:

From: The New York Post

The FBI is investigating whether members of Hillary Clinton’s inner circle “cut and pasted” material from the government’s classified network so that it could be sent to her private email address, former State Department security officials say.

Clinton and her top aides had access to a Pentagon-run classified network that goes up to the Secret level, as well as a separate system used for Top Secret communications.

The two systems — the Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) and the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS) — are not connected to the unclassified system, known as the Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet). You cannot email from one system to the other, though you can use NIPRNet to send emails outside the government.

Somehow, highly classified information from SIPRNet, as well as even the super-secure JWICS, jumped from those closed systems to the open system and turned up in at least 1,340 of Clinton’s home emails — including several the CIA earlier this month flagged as containing ultra-secret Sensitive Compartmented Information and Special Access Programs, a subset of SCI.

The New York Post

If this is so, . . . that classified information was transferred to an unclassified network after removing the classification, . . . someone is going to jail. Her name may well be Huma Weiner. [No really ! That is her real name.]

There may be an explanation as to why Secretary Clinton keeps referring to the "fact" that the classified e-mails were not marked classified when received.
(First, a brief note, . . . necessary because "The Clintons" are known tp "parse" the language when necessary to obscure the facts: No classified information is ever marked "classified"; it is marked "CONFIDENTIAL" or "SECRET" or "TOP SECRET", often with modifiers indicating the nature of the information attached.)

Oh, there's another reason why some of the now classified information on the Secretary of State's home server were not marked, although they have subsequently (or even previously) been classified. Some such e-mails were sent from long-time Clinton crony Sidney Blumenthal's AOL-account to Hillary's, . . . umm, . . . ahh, . . . "Chappaqua Server".
[n.b.:
__ Even if these communications were not marked it is part of the Secretary of State's job to recognize classified information and see that it is marked classified before she sends or upon receiving it.
__ As a private citizen not in the employ of the US Government Mr. Blumenthal is not authorized to receive, possess or transmit classified information.]

With specific respect to the latest [29 January] Friday-data-dump:
"[T]he State Department announced that it, too, had found “top secret” information on Clinton’s server — 22 emails across seven separate emails chains. The information, the State Department said, was so secret that those emails would never be released to the public."
Ref: The Washington Post

How did these sensitive emails get from one network to the other? I'm assuming that it was a magic, and certainly Hillary didn't know anything about it.

So, Boiler believes in a man who hasn't spoken on the issue. Hell, I believe in him, too!

Let's see what happens.
