Considering that the justice dept is full of democratic appointees, that is very likely

Hoops already has his bases covered for explaining why his fake-moon-landing conspiracy will be rejected by the justice system. Good Job.

That'll give you something to hold onto when Hillary is president. And you'll need that. I don't think she plays golf.

Will Bill Clinton be doing any probing ?

Sad state of affairs when we have these choices. 74 year old White socialist and 68 year old Grandmother.

Then we have THE Donald at 69, Canadian Cruz, Bush number "whatever"......what a selection.
A sad state of affairs indeed.

The two issues are not related. Boiler will admit to being wrong if the FBI does not recommend that the Justice Department indict Hillary. Would Boiler be a liar if he claimed that Al Capone was a murderer, even thought Capone was never convicted of murder?

Where does PJ come up with these silly ideas?

Do any of you Hillary defenders know that on Friday, for the first time, the State Department admitted that Hilly had 22 top secret emails on her machine? The Justice Department and Obama are getting backed into a corner. They're in that wonderful lose lose situation.

It's only wonderful because it's happening to crooks.

Except they weren't labeled "top secret" at the time of their transmission, were they? And the fact that you had to selectively cite that revelation tells us everything we need to know.

Boilerman cant make a case without distorting honest facts. And Hoops cant make a case without misquoting people. And the best part is - they both call other people liars.

You're funny.
I try.

If Hillary sent emails discussing an upcoming plan to nuke Russia, PJ argues such a transmission can't get Hillary in trouble..............because it wasn't marked "top secret"? If PJ had been paying more attention, he would know that those with top secret clearance are well versed on what information is born as "top secret".

The FBI will recommend indictment, and I give it a better than 50/50 chance that the Justice Department will put Hillary in front of a grand jury. If they don't, all hell will break loose with a huge FBI retaliation..............the last bastion of truth within Obama's federal government.

The emails in question were cut & pasted from the secure server & then sent to her without the classification.
DonDiego has discovered an excellent explanation of the proper handling of classified information:
What Everyone with a Top Secret Security Clearance Knows - or Should Know

Some highlights:

__A Clinton spokesperson responded that “Any released emails deemed classified by the administration have been done so after the fact, and not at the time they were transmitted.” Clinton claims unequivocally her email contained no classified information, and that no message carried any security marking, such as Confidential or Top Secret.
The key issue in play with Clinton is that it is a violation of national security to maintain classified information on an unclassified system.
Yet even if retroactive classification was applied only after Clinton hit “send” (and State’s own Inspector General says it wasn’t), she is not off the hook.
What matters in the world of secrets is the information itself, which may or may not be marked “classified.” Employees at the highest levels of access are expected to apply the highest levels of judgment, based on the standards in Executive Order 13526. The government’s basic nondisclosure agreement makes clear the rule is “marked or unmarked classified information.

__The emphasis throughout the classification system is not on strict legalities and coded markings, but on judgment. In essence, employees are required to know right from wrong. It is a duty, however subjective in appearance, one takes on in return for a security clearance.
“Not knowing” would be an unexpected defense from a person with years of government experience.

__Every email sent within the State Department’s own systems contains a classification; an employee technically cannot hit “send” without one being applied. Just because Clinton chose to use her own hardware does not relieve her or her staff of this requirement.

__Some may say even if Clinton committed security violations, there is no evidence the material got into the wrong hands – no blood, no foul. Legally that is irrelevant. Failing to safeguard information is the issue.

I find it interesting that the State Dept didn't have an IG for clinton's entire term in office; the only dept not to have one
