I suspect that the FBI agrees with Jphelan and Boiler. We will see which of the folks that PJ mentions goes to jail. Boiler is betting on Hillary.

I can "feel" the Libs on this site getting quite upset about this topic, when before if was simply a joke to them. You guys are starting to figure out that this is the "real deal", and no laughing matter.........................except for Hillary, who's doing her best clown impersonation.

I learned today that FBI Director, James Comey, may exercise his option to do an end run around the Justice Department and the White House. He's considering this option, which I didn't realize was available, to present the evidence on Hillary directly to the Federal judge who is currently monitoring the investigation. This judge would decide if Hillary would be indicted. Apparently Comey doesn't trust Obama and friends to do the right thing.

The popcorn is popping, and this show is getting better and better. Hillary will look like a big pumpkin in that orange jumpsuit.

There is an active FBI investigation, yet the Justice Department is doing nothing, or more accurately continuing to stonewall. As I wrote before, it now seems likely that the FBI will bypass the state department altogether, unless they quickly surprise us and bring in independent attorneys to handle this case. I won't hold my breath on that, since there is too much Obama dirt to not obstruct.

It's pretty clear the FBI is actively investigating the way Secretary Clinton and her staff handled secret information. I think I'll wait for the report before I eat a nothingburger.
