FBI: No Charges For Hillary

Yea, I liked Kasich also. But Billy you made a pretty inspired post once why you weren't a liberal or even close and a good explanation on your split with the Rep. party, common these days. Yet you seem to consistently argue every conservative point on the board and supporting the left views. Strange.

That's a softball of a question. I'm not a conservative, never have been and never will be. I'm most certainly to the left of the conservative right wing. I believe a tiny fraction of nutjobs on both ends of the spectrums have captured the two major parties. Sadly, it seems an even nuttier segment is now running the Libertarian Party. Doesn't make me a liberal., nor does it make me a Hilary apologist.
I recently registered to vote in Nevada. For the first time in my life I am an official non-partisan voter.

She made a terrible mistake. Was it criminal, no. Should it disqualify her from being President? Not in my mind, but that is up to the voting public.
As I have consistently stated my personal choice to be the next President would be Governor Kasich and have said it since last year, I'm not sure how I get labeled a Clinton apologist. Being anti- Trump does not make one pro- Clinton.

You are a Hillary apologist because you make outrageous claims about her innocence or you make excuses for her that are a little far fetched.
The FBI says "the security culture of the State Department is lacking."
Director Conley said that while the State Department's treatment of security issues was not the focus of the investigation, he offered sharp words for that agency.
To quote him directly-
" The security culture of the State Department in general, and with respect to use of unclassified email systems in particular, was generally lacking in the kind of care for classified information found elsewhere in the government.

I'll repeat my original question. Is this a culture Mrs Clinton inherited or is it a culture she created. I would think a reasonable person would want this answered.
Interesting that Bill supported Kasich, whom I voted for in the primary.

Let's look at the time line

Last week bill goes out of his way to meet with Lynch. She then aplogizes & says she will abide by the FBI. The FBI interviews her on Saturday & 2 days later clears her, just in time for Obama to campaign with her.

How can the FBI review the interview that fast? Why would Obama set up campaign stops if there was still a chance she could be indicted, unless he knew a week ahead of time? Did Lynch tell bill all was good?

More likely that Bill told Lynch that all was good.

Nobody before Hillary has ever hosted an email server with their primary government email address and highly sensitive information in their basement. This server did not even have basic security safeguards - much less a staff of security professionals ensuring it wasn't breached. The reason was clearly to make sure information was kept from her employers and the public. If that is not illegal, it should be. If any of us tried to do this in the business world, we would be fired - just like we would be fired for getting a blow job from an intern under our chain of command. At the very least, Webster should post Bill and Hillary's picture sin their dictionary next to the words incompetent, deceitful, and sleazy.
Billary LIED. Yep , She went before the public and lied on several occasions . The FBI proved she lied . She made it easy for foreign governments to intercept emails of the Highest security clearances . She IS guilty of gross negligence , which is a crime under the statute in question. She didn't mean to commit a crime , therefore , she is innocent , according to the FBI . Take it a step further . If I accidently shoot the and kill the neighbor , I should not be found guilty , if I didn't mean to shoot him .
Yep , there actually are two systems of justice .

Bob
I have been saying for months that she would not be indicted. Did she look like somebody who was worried about being indicted? Hell no, she already knew she was clear.
I knew the FBI would say they cannot find any intent.
Who actually thought that the wife of a former president of the United States was going to be indicted over some e-mails on a private server?
The game ain't played like that. She is guilty as can be, but rank has it's privilege. i knew all she would get would be a slap on the wrist.
