Since I have ONLY quoted the FBI director on the subject, apparently it is FBI Director James Comey who is failing miserably these days, and it is FBI Director James Comey who is getting laughed off the board.

Actually Comey did get grilled and didn't look good. I have a feeling he was told by the powers to be to make the decision and he didn't independently make it. Hillary, whether she is elected or not, is truly a lying piece of trash.

Nope, according to FBI Director James Comey, she was making a "reasonable inference" for an expert to make. He is very clear, so read it again.

There were a hell of a lot more than 3 classified and top secret documents Killery sent and received using her personal server. Someone found 3 that only had a small mark. That not only means she was too stupid to know it wasn't classified or top secret, it means she was too stupid to know ANYTHING that she sent and received on that server was classified or top secret?!? Now you and anyone else still supporting her look even more stupid than she pretends to be!

The Secretary of State's job is communications representing the USA. She obviously wasn't enough of an "expert" to properly do that job. Give her more power and authority? Hell no!

Someone here, is misrepresenting the situation, intentionally or unintentionally. Something doesn't require classification to be top secret secret, secret, or confidential. Instead, something is considered classified when someone classifies it.

If Hillary sends a message to Navy general, stating that the atomic bomb will be dropped on Russia tomorrow noon, that correspondence is born top secret. This document only becomes classified, however, when someone with classification authorization marks it as classified.

Now we must ask ourselves, are some liberals again intentionally misrepresenting the situation?
