Easy solution.... give one of the other inmates a shiv, $20 credit in the canteen and fifteen minutes alone with the guy...... problem solved.

I don't know what the big deal is...Heck...Gender Reassignment Surgery is now covered under Medicare so even Poor Old Don Diego could 'Have the operation' at little to no cost.

Medicare covers medically necessary sex reassignment surgery.
For many years, Medicare did not cover sex reassignment surgery for transgender people due to a decades-old policy that categorized such treatment as "experimental." That exclusion was eliminated in May 2014, and there is now no national exclusion for transition-related health care under Medicare. This means that coverage decisions for transition-related surgeries will be made individually on the basis of medical need and applicable standards of care, similar to other doctor or hospital services under Medicare.

I feel sorry for about 45% of the voters. The 55% Liberals will reap what the sow..................which is generally very little.

DonDiego is getting' up in years and some of his, . . . umm, . . . organs are a'gettin' plumb wore out. Perhaps medicare would fund an Addadictomy for poor old DonDiego so's he'd have a spare, . . . or jes' in case teechur was to bring along a girlfriend some day.
Maybe this heh' inmate in Kalifornia could be the donor as he apparently has no use for it.
