Ferguson Grand Juror Sues Prosecutor

So Melon is arguing that de Blasio likes the police. 35,000 NYPD cops agree with Hoops and me.

Melon - you really don't know how to read.

He is asked if he would apologize to the police over his actions. He replies he won't apologize if it violates his core beliefs. In the context of that question, how can not one interpret his response to be that he doesn''t like the police

"how one can not interpret his response to be that he doesn"t like the police." Are you fucking kidding me?

From all reports, his core beliefs are a. that cops should treat people fairly, and b. that the police should follow the law just like everybody else. But that doesn't fit into the right wing nut job world view, does it?

"From all reports, his core beliefs are a. that cops should treat people fairly, and b. that the police should follow the law just like everybody else."

What reports would those be? With over 1 million police/civilian interactions per year, what laws are being broken?

Chilly and Forkie will soon ask us to produce a poll of those police officers with their backs to de Blasio, arguing that if we can't produce one then we aren't correct. Chilly and Forkie, no poll is needed.........we all know that the sky is blue.

Since both of you are apparently too lazy or just too angry to provide some kind of documentation for your bullshit, here is the actual quote from December 3 that so enraged some crybaby white cops in New York:

" Chirlane and I have had to talk to Dante for years about the dangers that he may face. A good young man, law-abiding young man who would never think to do anything wrong. And yet, because of a history that still hangs over us, the dangers he may face, we’ve had to literally train him—as families have all over this city for decades—in how to take special care in any encounter he has with the police officers who are there to protect him.

And that painful sense of contradiction that our young people see first, that our police are here to protect us, and we honor that, and at the same time, there’s a history we have to overcome, because for so many of our young people, there’s a fear. And for so many of our families, there’s a fear. So I’ve had to worry over the years. Chirlane’s had to worry. Is Dante safe each night?

There are so many families in this city who feel that each and every night. Is my child safe? And not just from some of the painful realities—crime and violence in some of our neighborhoods—but is safe from the very people they want to have faith in as their protectors. That’s the reality."

They wanted an apology from him for expressing a well-known truth? And somehow your panties are in a wad because you and the yahoos at Fox "News" interpret that statement to mean he doesn't like the police? Sheesh....

Melon head proves my statement that the mayor whose police force is 47% black/Hispanic, thinks the force is racist.

Wow. I'll give you the same advice I have given the boil man - check with your local community college for a course that will help improve your reading comprehension. You're welcome.

Melon argues that the NYPD cops are turning their backs on de Blasio because they love him. LOL!

Another big fat lie from boil guy - I am arguing nothing of the sort. And how many of the 35,000 police officers you referred to earlier actually turned their backs on the mayor? From the photos I saw it was nowhere near a huge amount. But I guess in your tiny little Rush/Sean/Bill world all 35,000 of them are frothing at the mouth with anger over some truthful remarks by DeBlasio. Do you have any clue how much dumber you sound with each new post? "LOL"

Now you're making up shit just like the the boil guy. Nowhere, no how have I argued that a police department is racist. Have you ever considered thinking just a little bit before you post your inane bullshit? At least try to be honest - it might earn you a smidgeon of respect....
