Although long, the only possible fault I found while reading the blog was two words used in the statement, "...your martyr is a drugged up bully who went out of his way to start trouble?".

Now, I readily admit I did not follow this event and all the details. I do not know if the autopsy showed Michael Brown had illegal drugs in his system. IF the autopsy report shows the presence of drugs, than I have zero objection to anything said in that article.

IMHO, analytical, factual, and well said.

In normal circumstances with no physical evidence and conflicting witness testimony it is unlikely a DA would have bothered bringing this to a grand jury.

Gosh, who would have thought Glenn Beck's website and the Nolo Self Help legal site qualifies as legal scholarship. The next time you guys have to go to civil court or criminal court I suggest you rely on those two sources of legal wisdom instead of hiring an attorney. I am sure it will turn out well for you.

Or if you want to make legitimate legal arguments I'd suggest you comb Missouri case law to argue the points you are trying to make.
