So pj equates the killing of 2 criminals who were killed while resisting arrest with the assassination of 2 policemen who were sitting in their car? They were killed less than a week a fter a mob that was organized by sharpton in NYC marched thru the streets calling for cops to be killed

Video captured from Saturday's [13 December 2014] protests in New York City appeared to show demonstrators apparently calling for the deaths of police officers, hours before violence on the Brooklyn Bridge marred the massive march in protest of police killings of black men, including Eric Garner on Staten Island.
The video, posted on YouTube, shows a few dozen protesters marching down Fifth Avenue at 32nd Street Saturday afternoon. After a few seconds of chanting "Hands up, don’t shoot," the demonstrators changed their cry, apparently yelling out in unison "What do we want? Dead cops. When do we want it? Now."
The protesters repeated the chant for nearly a minute before again changing their cry.
The video was captured at about 4:30 p.m., a few hours before two police officers were hurt by a man who tried to throw a garbage can from the Brooklyn Bridge's pedestrian walkway onto the officers below.

I equate unjustified homicide anytime I see it...whether it be 2 NYC cops, or Eric Garner, or Tamir Rice.
And I never cowardly run away from condemning such homicides on the basis of their being bigger problems elsewhere in society. Do you know anyone like that, Hoops?

That's incredibly imprecise considering Al Sharpton wasn't only absent at the march - but in a different city altogether.

I have no problem kicking dirt in the face of people who chant for dead cops. And I have no problem doing the same to people who make things up.

Disgraceful. Just like folks who cheered the Cliven Bundy clan when they were threatening to murder US law enforcement.

You know, like you.

Hoops just wants us to never question government.
eric garner wasn't a homicide. sharpton was one of the organizers of the march.

The biggest difference is that police didn't go out looking to kill somebody, this savage did on Saturday.

I question the govt all the time, particularly one that seems to make up its own laws

*DonDiego quoted hoops 2 solely to provide context for his posting of the factual and precise quote addressing the issue of "cops to be killed"; DonDiego does not know the whereabouts of Mr. Sharpton then or now, nor does he care.
*DonDiego has made no statement regarding his position on the NYC protestors whom he cited above.
*DonDiego denies the allegation that he "cheered" Mr. Bundy or his supporters; DonDiego has previously indicated that he is pleased there was no bloodshed on the federal land.

For the record, DonDiego has repeatedly stated his support of the First Amendment:
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

  • In the case of the two Las Vegas cops who were killed:
I think anyone who vocally supported those threatening violence against American law enforcement are disgraceful human beings, and to partially make amends and to improve the gene pool, should apologize and agree to never reproduce.

I'm sure we all agree on that, right?

  • Sharpton stands with a crowd of protesters as they chant "Hands up, don't shoot". Anyone paying attention knows that Sharpton should explain to the protesters that the punk never had his hands up, that the punk charged the cop, and that the punk deserved to be shot.

Instead, Sharpton perpetuates and supports the lie, knowing all along that he heating up the protesters and violence will ensue. Sharpton's goal is violence.

To apply Boilerman/Hoops previous logic on this thread: This incident is just noise. I mean, just ask the cops' families. Far more white people are killed by other white people than are killed by cop-killing minorities. But the race baiting bigots on FOX News just don't cover the real problem.

Oh, sorry. I couldn't type that with a straight face because I actually think violence of any kind in any quantity should be openly rejected - kinda like Al Sharpton does routinely. And the surviving families of both Michael Brown and Eric Garner have both done the same specifically toward this incident.
Ferguson / Staten Island surviving family reject violence in the police shooting incident

Maybe Hoops and Boilerman are interested in provoking Helter Skelter by slandering and misquoting people they view as political opponents. And then you have people like Albeadle who openly condone homicide. Its sad that serious problems like these get drowned out by non-serious people.
