Does anyone know what happened to the Large Ferris wheel( London Eye type) project that appears to have ceased OPERATION across from Mandalay Bay??

That puppy is a dead project and the strip doesn't need two ferris wheels. I don't know who is going to pay to tear those heavily anchored concrete bases.
