Finally a $1 royal for Rizzo (A Rizzo Report)

Well...I said that I was going to update, win or lose.

Many of you know that I am not one to keep quiet about a losing session.

Well...I am sad to report that last night was a losing session and it snapped a Rizzo-Royal win streak.

Damn that M-resort. Lady friend was the big winner of the two last night, she hit lots of quads, and even a 5-spot hit on four card keno for some nice bucks.

Overall, I was the loser, and kept chasing a chance of a third royal, but never came close.

The $1 progressive machines that we always play, had the jackpot at just over 5050 bucks, so we played the hell out of those.

I did get quad tens once, but kept on playing, meanwhile Lady friend got quad sevens, followed by quad fours playing bonus poker. She cashed out 400 bucks, and I pissed my winnings away.

Oh well...it was a nice run, and we didn't lose back too much of our winnings, since we deposited the majority of it into the bank, and also left 1200 in a secret jar at home.

I only took 400 bucks with me, and our free slot play, as well as our winnings for the night, and we made a butt load of points, having a good time chasing a 3rd royal.

The plan for today is going to Gold Coast on my lunch hour with some bucks, and laying down my football action, and playing some 3-play VP

If I win 300 or more, then we are going out tonight....if I lose, then we are staying home and watching a movie.

***OK time for an update from my lunch break***

I had just under 300 bucks walking into the Gold Coast at lunch, and I went straight for the sports book, to lay down some college football bets. I bet 100 bucks worth, so that left me with just under 200 bucks left.

I made the stupid mistake of going into the high limit area, to play that stupid 10-play poker machine that they have in there. I have never hit anything on it, but I always seem to go back to it.

This time was no different...it sucked me clean of 100 bucks in less then 10 mins! Damn!

I had 80 bucks left now, so I put a 20 in to this Dean martin party machine, just because I love playing that game! I got no bonuses, and no big wins...sucked me dry.

Now down to 60 bucks left.

I headed down to my lucky bank of 3-play/5-play machines, and put 40 bucks into it. Game was 25 cent 3-play DDB poker. It Sucked me dry too!

Down to $20 bucks left, and I still had time, so I said "Eff this...I gotta win something, I don't want to stay home tonight!!!"

I put the last 20 into this machine, and started playing the same game...about 2 hands into this 20, I get dealt two aces, and converted quads with no kicker on line #2! Hell yeah! $200 bucks!!

Next hand was a dealt full house kings full of queens...now I got some breathing room.

Looked at my watch, looked at my credits, and I remembered that I wanted over 300 bucks in order to go out tonight.

Since time was running short, I switched to 50 cents denom, and still played 3-play DDB.

About 5-7 hands into this, I converted quad queens on a 2 queen hold on line #1. BOOOOYAAA!!

I cashed out $320 bucks, which is 20 bucks more then I wanted for us to go out tonight! Hell yeah!

I made my football picks money back, plus 40 bucks, and tonight its gonna be a coin toss, as to where we end up.

Hopefully, I can start a new royal streak, or at least keep winning aces, and other nice winners! I'll be sure and snap any pics of good wins to share for you all.

Love the Gold Coast. I will probably head over there on Monday after I hit Sam's Town that morning. Last time I lost my ass on Wheel Poker. This time I get my revenge. hehe

Dude, I hope you took care of the LF. She may be expecting something special, now that you've come up in the world.
