AC/DC Mistress for Christmas

Shar would look good in on of those outfits. And Medic, I have the paperwork I was supposed to show the judge about her inpatient program so that's no BS. She wouldn't be staying up in LA if she wasn't in this outpatient program. I'm sorry to hear that she won't stop drinking. But it's better than being on that other stuff.

She called me back at 10 pm last night to say she was definitely coming down on Monday. Since she won't even be leaving LA until after 3 pm, I'll just have to leave her a key and see her on Tuesday. Can't wait.

Isn't the purpose of going to rehab to be clean of all substances, alcohol included?
Bagiant, I'm loving the "soap." Much better than reality TV.
Thanks for the updates and keep them coming.

Of course it is, especially if she needs a clean bill of health for her DUI. I hope she just takes it one step at a time. They are starting to give her a drug so she won't take any opiates. she'll probably have to take those the rest of her life. The problem will come if she doesn't take them.

It is my current understanding that Methadone is addictive as well, although less harmful than opiates. Is that the program she is undergoing?

Thanks RT I forgot to reply, yeah generally rehab does not alllow you to take one substance over another. But hey if she is on it. the folks she likes to hang with will buy it from her, so she wont have to worry about cash flow. That is the sad thing. Another sad thing is, I kind of feel sorry for Bags, as Shar will never be clean if these conditions are allowed in treatment. Since he is supporting her habits for his own needs.

At the Florida methadone clinic I was familiar with (Used to drive taxi and had some "clients" who went daily) the methadone was distributed on site only, and the patient watched to be sure it was ingested. After several months, some patients would get a two day supply for the weekends, depending on the "situation".

I do know that some sold their drugs when they could, but there are "bad apples" in every bunch.

I recall having one regular rider who was in the program for over a decade, going for his daily dose.
Hey RT right again, some do get small amount. I have seen actual success with it if the person is"true" and want help. I hope Shar is and her life gets better. Trading one abuse for another sad to say wont get her clean. I get people who have been on it for YEARS, some act like they "take" it and cheek it like other medications, and then sell it.

Will hope the best for Shar this Christmas season and into the new year.
