With the Dow tanking 300 pts today I think there were a number of good buys out there. With oil still sliding and it being the end of the year, I think maybe fund managers were doing some end of the year window dressing. I ended up taking a postion in DOW, it's been kinda hammered for not much of a reason and pays a nice 3.5% div. (I'm somewhat of a div. whore). Anyone else go shopping today?

I didn't buy oil.

I bought DWTI on your recommendation. It went up. My BRK-B went down. A lot.

Did you really buy DWTI? Ballsy...and lucrative. 9bucks and an extra 2 bucks after hours. Nice. More than offset Brk-b, which I wouldn't worry at all, I think mkt will have a major rebound on monday lifting Brk-b. No idea how far oil will go, 55 is next support level, if it breaks that, look for another big slide. In oil and the mkt.

You're a market genius. Another 12% gain today. That's about a 20% gain in 2 days.

I'm following it on the way up with incremental stop loss orders to lock in a profit. This stock market stuff is fun when my positions are green. It's not so much fun when they're red.

Have you checked afterhours? +3.38 an additional 3%. Good idea on the stop loss, if it breaks 55(which I think it will) you should enjoy another really nice pop. Congrats snidely, nice to see someone going green.

Mkt. genius??? HA!, hardly. You wouldn't say that if you saw my port. currently.

Twenty dollar swing today in DWTI, hope you had your stops in Snidely. Is 55 gonna be the bottom for oil? Damn I hope so, coupla of mine are getting really painful to watch. Maybe I should quit watching, eh

I got out at 117. It closed at 107.93

I'm looking at RUSS for tomorrow's play.

I started with RUSL and then it went down so I switched to RUSS and it went down but made a late recovery to bring me almost to even. I would have done a lot better in RUSL I got in at the opening bell but work got in the way. RUSL was up 32% today.
