I remember last time we were there my wife got the medium size cut(queen cut?) of the prime rib and that sucker was almost the size of the plate, never seen such a big cut of PR. Oh, and of course it was delicious.
She is a good eater and even being really hungry she couldn't come to finishing it.

I ate at the Flame last week. The manager told me that the steak house and Club Cortez café will both close. The Flame area will then be used for the new 24 hour café. Word is that they will use the old Club Cortez for a nightclub!
