When my friend stayed in one in November, I thought it was looking kind of shabby w/dirty carpets in hallway and in room as well a grungy floor tiles and grout in bathroom. The furniture was pretty scuffed and had a broken drawer in the built-in dresser. The white and pink motif wasn't my thing. For the Flamingo,though, it was better than their standard room I stayed in May 2009, which had really bad carpets and old 80's brown furniture. I may be a bit biased against the Flamingo,however, as that is where I became sick w/meningitis on what was supposed to be a fun slot tourney trip. I've read that you can use the pool at the Flamingo if you stay at Bills (which I've read has nicer rooms.)
