Fleming's Prime Steakhouse info..

I'm planning a nice dining experience for my birthday while I'm out in Vegas. One of the people that I will be with requires gluten free food options. Does anyone have any experience/information about Fleming's Prime Steakhouse on W. Charleston Blvd. They state on their website that they are more than happy to accommodate diners that have this type of food restriction. Thanks.

I had dinner there four months ago. I had a filet mignon and it was the best steak I've ever had. Be sure and try their signature potatoes, they are excellent.

That doesn't seem like it would be too hard of a task to avoid items with wheat at a steak house. Don't eat the bread or anything that is baked in a pastry dough(no Beef Wellington if they serve it). It seems like many restaurants now have flour free chocolate cake for dessert.
